The DVB-T-Modulator has one transportstream-input for connecting a multiplexor. To the multiplexor, again, up to four encoders can be connected.

The RF-Baseband output uses a carrier frequency of 3.5–70 MHz (adjustable in 125-kHz-steps) and an amplitude of 75–90 dBμV. The COFDM-Modulator generates all necessary Guard-Intervals, FECs and transmission modi (QPSK, 16QAM and 64QAM). Used will be the 2k-Mode and the 8k-mode according to ETSI EN 300 744 V 1.4.1.

All operating voltages are generated on the board, the input voltage range is 7–24 V. The power consumption is about 5 W.
