Plan view I/Q-Modulator for the L- and S-Band
The dual band I/Q-modulator (1175–1325 MHz and 2250–2600 MHz) provides a typical output power of +6dBm.
On the board is the power supply for the transmitter (5 und 8 V).
An Analog-Device-IC is used as modulator, the PLL is provided by National Semiconductor, the VCO is by Maxim.
The L-band-range can be varied at request between 900–1050 MHz and 1225–1375 MHz.
