Plan view of the I/Q-Modulator for the UHF-band
The I/Q-Modulator provides a typical output power of +6dBm.
On the board is the power supply for the transmitter (5 und 8 V).
An Analog-Device-IC is used as modulator, the PLL is provided by National Semiconductor, the VCO is by Maxim.
The frequency range is 365–525 MHz as standard, at request it can be varied between 300–450 MHz and 650–800 MHz.
There is a a 70.0 MHz-version also available.
